Growth That Fits the Child — Not the Other Way Around
Every child has different strengths, needs, environments, and goals. ABA should reflect that.
At Guided Growth ABA, treatment begins with understanding your child and your family's priorities. From there, we develop an individualized plan focused on skills that can improve independence, communication, participation, relationships, and daily routines.
Our goal is not simply to create change during a therapy session. We want the skills we teach to be meaningful and useful where life actually happens.

How We Help
Individualized ABA Services
Treatment plans are developed from assessment and ongoing data rather than a standardized program. Goals are selected based on your child’s individual strengths, needs, and the skills that matter most in everyday life.
Practical Skill Development
We can address areas such as communication, daily living skills, play and social participation, transitions, independence, emotional and behavioral regulation, and other skills identified through assessment.
Family Partnership
Families are an essential part of treatment. Through our Family Partnership Program, caregivers learn why behavior happens, how skills are taught, and how to use practical strategies confidently during everyday routines.
Our Process
01 — Start With Understanding
02 — Assess
03 — Build the Plan
We begin by learning about your child, your family's concerns, current strengths, daily routines, and the areas where additional support may be helpful.
A BCBA completes a comprehensive behavioral assessment, including caregiver input, observation, record review when appropriate, and direct assessment of relevant skills and behavior.
Assessment results are used to develop individualized goals and treatment recommendations based on your child's needs and family priorities.
04 — Teach Meaningful Skills
Treatment focuses on practical, functional skills that can make everyday activities easier and increase independence.
05 — Partner With the Family
Caregivers receive ongoing education, coaching, and support so strategies can be used successfully outside of structured therapy sessions.
06 — Review and Adjust
Progress is continuously measured. Your BCBA reviews the data, collaborates with the treatment team and family, and adjusts programming as your child's needs change.
Partnering With Families

The people who live, learn, and grow alongside a child are an important part of meaningful progress.
Our Family Partnership Program gives families a better understanding of behavior and the tools to respond with greater confidence and consistency. Rather than simply telling caregivers what to do, we explain the reasoning behind strategies, practice them together, and adapt them to real-life situations.
